Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual to lead our brand marketing and digital strategies. You’ll oversee brand campaigns, collaborate on social media content, and manage our creator program to ensure we connect with our community in authentic and engaging ways. From developing digital marketing strategies to optimizing our e-commerce site, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and engagement. You’ll also play a key role in PR and event marketing, bringing our brand’s voice to life both online and offline. If you’re passionate about storytelling, community-building, and results-driven marketing, we want to hear from you!

Time commitment: Full-Time, Hybrid
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Brand Marketing

Operations Lead
We are seeking an Operations Lead who is experienced within the d2c eCommerce space. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, and can lead the charge in optimizing our operations. With a solid experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) eCommerce, you're ready to take calculated creative risks while managing the nuts and bolts of ecomm website and product operations. You are deeply analytical and data-driven but equally excited about jumping into new trends, testing the waters with innovative strategies, and pushing the envelope in the digital space.
Where: Vancouver, Canada
Time commitment: Full-Time, Hybrid
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Compensation: $50 - $60k CAD, dependent on experience
Sales Planning & Analytics:

Assist in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales planning processes by providing support with data preparation.

Analyze sales trends and assist in identifying key risks and opportunities for the business.

Support the demand forecasting process by maintaining and updating forecasting models.

Help prepare reports for senior leadership and the team to understand revenue trends and performance.
Inventory & Allocation Management:

Assist in developing seasonal and monthly inventory plans to ensure appropriate product availability across sales channels.

Monitor inventory turnover and help implement actions for managing slow-moving inventory.

Assist in ensuring product availability is aligned with sales goals, while minimizing overstock and stockouts.
eCommerce Management (Shopify)

Manage the product catalogue, ensuring products are accurately listed and updated for a seamless shopping experience.

Continuously optimize the e-commerce platform to improve user experience, drive conversions, and maintain an efficient, high-performing online store.

Prepare, analyze, and present merchandising and performance reports, including sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.

Monitor and improve the efficiency of the eCommerce workflow, from product upload to order fulfillment. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches through the website and eCommerce channels.

Oversee and maintain the technology stack that supports our e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth integration, functionality, and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with the merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on inventory management and sales strategies.

Communicate with internal teams to keep everyone updated on inventory statuses, sales trends, and planning updates.
Process Development & Improvement:

Support the development and optimization of sales planning and inventory management tools and systems.

Assist in producing accurate and timely reports on sales performance and inventory health for team use.
Reporting & Forecasting:

Help generate reports on sales and inventory performance, providing insights into product margins and stock levels.
